Summary
Performs assigned food service attendant functions.

Schedule
Rotating day/nights including weekends & holidays.

Must be capable of performing cashier duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves and replenishes food.
• Cleans facilities and equipment by mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing.
• Prepares beverages prior to meals, and as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs, refills napkin dispensers and condiments.
• Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals according to MSDS guidelines.
• Sorts and transports garbage and trash to assigned area as needed.
• Prepares dishes by scraping, pre-washing, and loading into dishwashers, then stores clean dishes properly.
• Cleans pots & pans using the three-compartment sink method and dishwashers, then stores appropriately.
• Cleans urinals, toilets, and sinks.
• Performs cashier duties.
• Handles food, supplies, and equipment responsibly.
• Maintains quality control.
• Maintains grounds of assigned buildings.

Requirements: Must pass background checks and drug screen. Employment offers are contingent upon these results.

Salary: $17.75 per hour
