Responsibilities

Monitor and record proper food temperatures and ensure food safety HACCP guidelines.
Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area and prepare/serve food items.
Restock food areas and clean/sanitize equipment.
Receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register.
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
