Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service, known as the Exchange, is seeking a Food Service Worker at Popeye’s on a military installation to deliver friendly, efficient service. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and help select items while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced approach.

You will contribute to an exceptional guest experience by handling transactions accurately and assisting across food service areas as needed. Teamwork and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or the equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn current technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.
• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.
