• Effectively communicates with store associates.
• Follows all laws pertaining to store operations.
• Controls food preparation to minimize waste while ensuring availability.
• Treats all associates with dignity and respect.
• Advises store manager of personnel issues or policy violations.
• Assists in training new associates.
• Maintains shift procedures and a safe environment.
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks loyalty app and assists customers with sign-up.
• Keeps food service areas clean and sanitized.
• Follows safety procedures and reports accidents promptly.
