Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Team Member for prepared foods in the United States. You will maintain up-to-date product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.

You will also prepare foods per specifications, plan productions, and ensure safety, inventory, and sanitation standards. In this role you will leverage handheld technology to support production, ordering, and member interactions, drive sales, and help resolve member issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of product specs, collaborate with cross functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert: prepares food per item specifications, plans future productions, adheres to food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: uses digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, assists members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as a brand advocate and mentors others.
• Complies with policies and ethics by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; communicates progress and identifies opportunities for improvement.
