Job summary

Qualifications

• Food service experience in a retail or dining environment.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges completion of required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs for prepared foods and educate associates.
• Be an Expert: prepare food per item specs, plan for seasonality, ensure food safety and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tech to drive sales, assist with production and merchandise ordering.
• Be an Owner: stock and rotate merchandise, handle quality and date-control, assist members with purchases and inquiries.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate and support a respectful, team-oriented culture.
• Comply with policies and use Open Door Policy in processes; communicate progress and seek improvements.
• Complete tasks by following policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and partners.
