Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a team member to maintain product knowledge for prepared foods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and educate associates on tools and tasks. The role includes food preparation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety standards, with focus on inventory and layout execution.

You will leverage digital tools to support sales and member experience, and participate in learning and adapting to new processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time if selected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepare food according to specifications and manage seasonality and inventory.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, ensure food safety and proper layout execution.
