Food Service Associates provide service to all Break Time food service customers while adhering to high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and company policies to ensure efficient operations during their shift. Responsibilities

As a Break Time Food Service Associate, your typical duties include:

1. Customer Service: Greeting and thanking customers, providing fast and friendly service, handling complaints courteously, and conducting transactions accurately.
2. Merchandising and Sales: Promoting sales through suggestive selling techniques.
3. Food Preparation: Following recipes and guidelines for proper food preparation, inspecting products for quality and safety.
4. Maintaining Cleanliness: Sanitizing equipment and food areas, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
5. Communication: Maintaining professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
6. Working with Management: Completing training programs and assisting in training new employees.
7. Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to adhere to regulations and store policies.
8. Technology Use: Operating store technology, performing calculations, and completing reports.
9. Other Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
