Position Details

Compensation: $14.25 per hour

Shift: Part Time, 4 - 10 PM

Responsibilities

1. Create a friendly environment, greet guests, and deliver outstanding guest service.
2. Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of food products.
3. Follow recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Maintain safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
5. Assist in training team members and cross-train in retail and food service operations.
6. Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts starting at 4 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn store computer applications.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred.
