**Position Overview:**

Responsible for total menu preparation for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and all hospital guests. Includes complete physician dining room meal services.

**Minimum Education:**

• High School or Equivalent (GED)

**Minimum Experience:**

• 1 to 3 years in Food Service or related field

**Licenses / Certifications:**

• Completion of a Culinary School course, volume food preparation, or fine restaurant menu preparation is desirable.
• Current Serv Safe Certification preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate food service equipment (ovens, slicers, steamers, mixers, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, hearing).

**Principle Responsibilities:**
