UNM Hospital in Albuquerque, NM seeks a hospital Food Service Worker to perform routine tasks in the kitchen and patient delivery routes, ensuring quality service and compliance with safety policies. You will assist with dishwashing, stocking, and delivering meals to patient rooms while following departmental guidelines.
Responsibilities include assembling trays per diet specifications, stocking the line, and maintaining sanitary work areas. Rotating shifts and holidays may apply.
Receive 17% Weekday Nights, 26% Weekend Nights and 15% Weekend Day shift differentials

Perform routine food service tasks within assigned kitchen area and patient delivery routes to provide quality service while observing Hospitals policies and procedures for patients and customers while delivering food orders to patient rooms. Assist washing dishes, pots and pans; maintain clean and sanitary department areas meeting State inspection guidelines. Stock the patient line. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
