Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.
• Assist management with confidential employment and labor relations documents.
• Staffing assistance when employees call out and coordinating coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of students eligible for free/reduced meals.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts; use computer systems.
• Process vendor invoices and assist with bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly state claim forms and assist in monthly financial reports.
