Qualifikationen

• Prepare meals to order, catering and batch cooking for patients, visitors and staff.
• Maintain clean work area following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Enter and report cash transactions.
• Adjust meals to meet the needs of the patient while following doctor’s orders.
• Keep work areas stocked with food, condiments, beverages and service ware.
• Wash dishes and utensils following Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines.
• Deliver and retrieve trays using patient identifiers.
• Assemble patient trays accurately and attractively.
• Follow portion control guidelines when serving food and beverages.
• Provide service to retail operations.
