We're looking for a Live! Food Server to provide friendly and efficient food and drink service to restaurant guests. Ensure guests have a positive dining experience. Smiling and engaging in conversation with guests is key to the success of the wait staff.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Know the menu well and confidently recommend dishes to guests.
• Handle payment methods for food and beverage orders. Take orders, suggest food options, present food, clear tables, transport dishes, and clean work stations at shift end.
• Enhance guests' gaming and dining experience with prompt, efficient service and interaction.
• Assist with the delivery of In-Room Dining orders when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills You'll Need To Succeed

• Ability to operate fountain soft drink, tea, and coffee machines.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE.
• Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.).
• Organizational and creative skills. Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations for food handling.

A Few Must Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Customer service training a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in casual, buffet, or fine dining restaurants.
• Ability to comply with gaming regulations and obtain necessary licenses, including an Alcohol Beverage Card.
