PENN Entertainment in Las Vegas seeks a server for a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will know all menu items, ingredients, prices and beverages, and follow the service sequence to ensure guest satisfaction.
Describe items and specials to guests, assist teammates, and manage guest checks per hotel policy. Maintain cleanliness and teamwork for a top-tier dining experience.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. EXPERIENCE: Experience in high volume, full service restaurant with tray service preferred.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS: Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Required to pass written exam, to determine knowledge of menu and beverage items, and sequence of service. MMS and Micros experience preferred.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Clark County Health Card, Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
