Job summary

Crowne Plaza Anchorage, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Food Server to provide welcoming, attentive service in our dining room. You will take and enter orders, serve food and beverages, and help ensure a memorable guest experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a customer-service orientation, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain any government- or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/enter orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests.
• Process payments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence.
