Job summary

Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa in downtown Anchorage is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to support our restaurant operations and guest experience.

You will clear and reset tables, stock service stations, assist servers, and help with cleaning tasks to maintain a welcoming dining environment for guests.

This full-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with strong teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative, able to work in high pressure situations.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Enjoys working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.
• In-office role with ability to sit at a desk and use a computer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset used tables; remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby and keep it replenished.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing tables and delivering food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
