• Stock and restock service areas with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Support servers by delivering items requested by guests, such as plates or sauces.
• Ensure dining areas and server stations are clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to keep guests and staff safe.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operation.

Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.
• Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.
• Ensure all areas of the dining room and server stations are clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public.
• Also, requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs., and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke
