Town & Country Resort's Lapper Kitchen + Sports Bar is hiring a Part-Time Server to keep guests happy, move tables efficiently, and maintain the lively game-day atmosphere.

You will welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, serve promptly, check in with guests, and work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and the position pays $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality serving experience preferred.
• Genuine desire to take care of people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle multiple tables and priorities at once.
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests throughout their experience and anticipate their needs

• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service and resort standards
• Help create an energetic environment where guests want to come back

The Physical Stuff

You will spend a good portion of your shift on your feet, moving throughout the restaurant, carrying trays, reaching, bending and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
