Lapper Kitchen + Sports Bar in San Diego is seeking a Part-Time Server who can welcome guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and keep tables moving with a friendly, attentive style during the big game and busy weekend shifts.

Join Town and Country Resort's lively restaurant team, where hospitality comes first and a fun, fast-paced environment keeps the energy high. The hourly rate is $19.00.

Competenze

• Prior restaurant or hospitality serving experience preferred.
• Genuine desire to take care of guests.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle multiple tables and priorities.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service from hello to check.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests throughout their experience and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain clean, organized and properly set tables.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service and resort standards.
• Help create an energetic environment where guests want to come back.
