FlatrockMotorclub in Rockwood, TN seeks a polished Food Server to deliver exceptional member experiences in a luxury private club setting. You will provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and support events and race-day hospitality with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring experience in upscale dining or private clubs, strong beverage knowledge, and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Proven execution as a Food Server in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, coffee and beverage service.
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in fast-paced, high-performance setting.
• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, and seasonal offerings.
• Engage members professionally with discretion and etiquette.
• Listen actively and respond to member needs.
• Present menus with knowledge of offerings.
• Accurately take and enter orders using POS.
• Serve with attention to detail, timing, and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host, and management for seamless service.
• Uphold club standards of discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with events, private gatherings, and race-day hospitality.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Ensure proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and organizationalways

• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings

• Engage members professionally whilemaintainingdiscretion and club-level etiquette

• Actively listen,anticipate,understandand respond to member & guest needs

• Present menus with a detailed knowledge ofour food & beverage offerings

• Accurately take andenter orders using the POS system

• Serve food and beverages with attention todetail,presentation,and timing

• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar,hostand management teams to ensure seamless service
