Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and beverages with consistency and precision.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and report shortages to management.
• Engage members professionally with discretion and club etiquette.
• Actively listen, anticipate, understand and respond to member and guest needs.
• Be knowledgeable about club happenings and offerings.
• Present menus with knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, presentation, and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host, and management for seamless service.
• Uphold club standards of discretion and confidentiality.
• Assist with special events, private gatherings, and race-day hospitality.

The bartender should bringcraftsmanship, composure, andpersonality to the bar.This role requirestechnical skill, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create memorable member experienceswhile upholding the elevated standards of a private club environment.

Professional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in upscaledining, luxury hospitality, private club/resort environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
• Strongknowledgeoffood, wine, and beverage service
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Professional demeanor and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
• Strong senseof urgency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Availability to worka non-traditional schedule of operations supporting a member-driven environment

Essential Duties:

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings
