Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO, is seeking a Bistro Mariposa Server to provide friendly beverage and food service in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, recommend items, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain dining room standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.
• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Bistro Mariposa Server to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
