Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Bistro Mariposa Server to join our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant team. You will warmly greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide informed recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
