Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO seeks a friendly Bistro Mariposa Server to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced dining room. You will take and input beverage orders, make recommendations, and uphold safety and alcohol policies while supporting the team.
