The ideal busser is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Keeps a memorable guest dining experience for all guests as the #1 priority, assisting fellow team members as necessary
• Quickly and sanitarily clears, cleans and resets tables
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, tableware, walls, chairs and booths
• Maintains running sidework duties per store policy
• Do whatever it takes to make sure each guest leaves happy and ready to return and recommend Macayo's

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Arizona Food Handler's card required within 30 days of employment
