Job description

• Assure that proper food specs are followed
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of menu items/dishes
• Work with all teammates to ensure memorable dining experience for all guests
• Assure all plates meet Macayo's presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with high volume food preparation preferred
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
• Able to work in a quick pace environment
• Able to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
