Job summary

Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne is seeking dependable dining services staff for part-time shifts, working 20–24 hours per week from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Daily duties include preparing and serving meals, ensuring portion control, delivering trays, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness in a resident-centered environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, food service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass background check and health screening requirements.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals to join our dining services team at the Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne. We currently have part-time, food service openings, working 20 – 24 hours per week, 3:30p - 7:30p and every other weekend/holiday. Our Dining Services Members are responsible for assisting in the preparation, serving, and cleanup of meals in accordance with facility guidelines and residents’ dietary needs.
