Job summary

You will help scale up recipes, analyze data, and communicate with customers about initial recipes and sampling.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Food Science or Food Engineering programs, have lab experience, and are ready to travel for special projects.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in laboratory work.
• Sound knowledge of food data science.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work night/weekend shifts for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Exploring innovative manufacturing methods to reduce costs while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with stakeholders to address concerns about food quality and safety.
• Learn advanced formulation software to create and maintain formulations.
• Contributing to bringing new products from concept to launch.
• Coordinate the arrangement and shipment of sales samples.
• Update product information sheets and labels for effective sales presentation.
• Record, analyze, and summarize research data for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with independent laboratories for testing.
• Maintain data collection within file management systems.
• Ensure GMP and safety regulations compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
