Qualifications

• Some prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and number sequences.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide using 10s and 100s; apply to currency, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety regulations, and sanitation procedures for the area.
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work indoors in a damp environment with industrial-strength cleaners and chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment and clean production work areas using sanitation equipment.
• Assist with setup and startup of designated production equipment such as ovens and pasteurizers.
• Assist with Clean Out of Place (COP) procedures.
• Inspect and maintain rodent control stations.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work effectively as a team member and assist with production tasks as needed.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP guidelines and ensure product quality to support SQF Level 3 certification.
