Job summary

Levy is seeking a Sanitarian to ensure food safety and sanitation across venues in Nashville. You will conduct inspections, monitor HACCP compliance, and coordinate corrective actions to protect guests and team members.

The role requires strong attention to detail and independent work across high-volume environments. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain), and proficiency with office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, concessions, bars, and storage areas for sanitation and safety compliance.
• Monitor and ensure HACCP compliance and proper food handling procedures.
• Verify receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, and holding procedures.
• Perform daily temperature audits and maintain sanitation documentation.
• Coordinate corrective actions for deficiencies and assist in health department inspections.
