General Mills, Inc. in Geneva, IL is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Technician for our Geneva Plant. This position operates on 12-hour shifts in a 2-on/2-off/3-on/2-off cycle, rotating days to nights every two weeks.

You will perform lab testing, GMP audits, and hold investigations to ensure food safety and quality. The role requires a high school diploma, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office; prior lab or QA experience is preferred.

This position is on 12 hours shifts and follows a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off schedules.
