FELFEL USA is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to safeguard product excellence across the supply chain. You will define quality specs, maintain nutritional data and allergen declarations, and audit suppliers to uphold safety standards.

• Extensive hands-on experience navigating HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, NYS Agriculture & Markets, NYC Department of Health, and GFSI-benchmarked standards.

• Oversee daily product quality for received goods and corrective actions with internal and external partners.
• Support production kitchen with quality and safety guidance during in-week constraints.
• Create and maintain master quality specs; ensure accurate nutritional data and allergen declarations.
