A leading food manufacturer in New Jersey is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead their quality and sanitation teams. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a strong background in food safety, alongside proven leadership skills in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a regulated facility and will be key in developing and mentoring the team. A competitive salary of up to $130k plus bonuses is offered, with relocation considered for strong candidates.

Formación

• 4+ years of quality experience in food manufacturing (SQF/FDA-regulated facility).
• Experience with gluten-free, non-GMO, and allergen programs.
• Ability to coach and elevate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality and sanitation team of 10+.
• Oversee allergen programs, COA management, and 12 production lines.
