Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the food industry, 7 years in Quality Assurance preferred.
• Experience in chilled fresh food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Related training in HACCP or Food Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality operations to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage QA department and develop team schedules.
• Conduct daily audits of QA operations.
• Ensure products meet acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with USDA inspectors.
