Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is seeking a Plant Food Safety Leader to oversee the Food Safety Plan, coordinate with the MOS, and drive improvements across programs and processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a science-based area and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Internal candidates require 5 years hands-on plant experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Practical application of FSMA and FDA guidelines for Dairy Manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of sanitation systems, techniques and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent verbal/written communication.
• Understanding of change management and ability to lead through change.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Food Safety Plan, Programs and Procedures (FSMA, HACCP, PRPs) and related activities.
• Lead FSMA compliance protocols and activities; coordinate with Plant Training Coordinator for training.
• Coach, train and develop staff; drive continuous improvement in quality and process performance.
• Report KPI results to managers and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement opportunities to improve programs and processes.
• Provide technical direction and guidance as required; ensure compliance with food regulations and Saputo policies.
