Job summary

Qualifications

• Tests and inspects products and equipment across the production process.
• Monitors employee practices for conformance to quality and food safety standards.
• Maintains quality by following GMPs, HACCP and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and food safety programs including SSOP, SQF, HACCP and related policies.
• Perform process audits and document findings to ensure compliance with SQF Level 3 and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with net weight programs and product quality specifications.
• Collect shelf-life and water samples as needed and perform daily product evaluations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and PPE adherence during shifts.
