Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor food safety and quality points during production. You will document issues and help determine corrective actions to protect product integrity.

The role requires an Associate degree in a science field or 1+ years in QA, knowledge of GMPs and HACCP, and the ability to read, write and communicate in English. The environment includes production, warehouse, and laboratory duties with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level is required.
• Associate degree in a science-related field or 1+ years in QA position or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document and report food safety or quality issues and participate in corrective actions.
• Assist with pre-operational inspection of production plant and equipment and related documentation.
• Perform process verification checks at critical food safety and quality points per HACCP plans.
• Verify environment conditions including temperature and sanitizer concentrations.
• Maintain records and follow documentation protocols.
