Job summary

Mama’s Creations, Inc. is seeking a Production Food Associate to enforce daily food safety checks and quality control on site. You will support FSQA procedures, assist with training, and help ensure Grandma Quality standards across pre-op, in-process, and finished product checks.

The role requires standing in a fast-paced plant environment, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working a shift from 4 AM to 1 PM. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years FSQA or QA experience in food manufacturing.
• HACCP, GMPs, and microbiology concepts familiar.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-op inspections and in-process checks.

Position Summary:

The FSQA Associate acts as a hands-on resource for daily food safety and quality checks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and Grandma Quality expectations. This role supports the Supervisor in training and guiding Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Maintain accurate FSQA records and assist with audit preparation.
• - Train Associates on proper inspection techniques and documentation.

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in food safety preferred.
• - 2+ years of FSQA or QA experience in food manufacturing.
• - Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and basic microbiological concepts.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• - Work in cold/hot environments and wear PPE consistently.
