Job summary

Mama’s Creations, Inc. in the United States seeks a hands-on Food Safety & Quality Technician to uphold our “Grandma Quality” standards. You’ll work with the Supervisor to guide Associates, maintain FSQA records, and support audits while production runs smoothly.

You’ll perform pre-operational inspections, verify sanitation, review environmental monitoring results, and train Associates on inspection and documentation best practices, reporting deviations for root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical food safety training a plus.
• 2+ years of QA/FSQA experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and foundational microbiology.
• Comfort navigating FDA and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operational inspections, in-process checks, and finished product evaluations.
• Verification of sanitation completion; review of environmental monitoring outcomes.
• Accurate FSQA recordkeeping and assistance preparing for audits.
• On-the-floor training of Associates in inspection and documentation best practices.
• Immediate reporting of deviations and collaboration on root cause analysis.
