Signature Sauces is hiring a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager in Independence, OH. The role oversees QA activities for sauces, dressings, and marinades, ensuring USDA compliance and strong quality systems. On-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

The candidate will lead a QA team, manage SOPs and HACCP plans, and ensure accurate documentation and data analysis to support safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related QA experience or training.
• Well organized, self-motivated, dependable, and able to lead.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA team (4–5 direct reports).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, USDA/FDA regulations.
• Write and maintain product specs and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data and test results.
• Manage document control and HACCP plans.
