Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing or QA-related work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate hourly workforce.
• Strong problem-solving, math and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
• Document and calculate results accurately.
• Take corrective action when necessary: alert appropriate personnel to adjust processes, identify non-conforming products, and report results to management.
• Handle additional assignments as requested.
