Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance, customer specifications/quality issues, food safety and quality programs.
• Report directly to Quality or HIMP / Slaughter Supervisor.
• Assist with designated daily tasks.
• Perform line inspection, audits and other quality control functions.
• Collaborate with team to review product performance and address questions/ complaints.
• Assist in planning and directing QA, regulatory and food safety programs to meet requirements.
• Assist in employee management including training, performance, and productivity improvements.
• Document and track identified opportunities.
