Job summary

The role is part of the Plainwell QA leadership team, focusing on policy execution, audits, and talent management to maintain high standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Food Safety or auditing.
• Strong understanding of USDA requirements (HACCP).
• Able to prioritize activities and engage employees.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good attendance record (Less than 4 points).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of regulations/policies across multiple product lines at Plainwell.
• Manage QA audits and respond to customer questions/complaints.
• Develop, implement, and assess QA programs and changes.
• Shape food safety culture and represent QA in location leadership team.
• Lead talent management and development within the QA team.
