Job summary

Prestage Foods, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, develop, and coordinate training programs ensuring workers are trained in food safety, occupational safety, quality standards and procedures. The role ensures USDA, HACCP, OSHA, GMP compliance and supports a safety-conscious workforce.

The coordinator will manage training calendars, LMS, onboarding, vendor coordination, and documentation to support audits and continuous improvement in a meat processing plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two years of training and development, organizational development, instructional design or human resources or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate training programs ensuring compliance with food safety, safety, quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external trainings, maintain calendars and certifications, track compliance.
• Prepare materials and onboarding logistics, support supervisors to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness.
