Amazon is seeking an Audit Manager for the North American Food Safety Team to own and evolve the audit program across 300+ fulfillment sites.

You will design the strategic roadmap, scale third-party partnerships, and turn audit data into actions to improve food safety compliance. This role blends program strategy with hands-on vendor management and requires strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Food Code requirements across local, state, and federal food regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the strategic vision for the Audit Program across North America.
• Scale the audit program across 300+ sites and manage third-party partnerships.
• Manage third-party vendors end-to-end, track KPIs and contracts.
• Define and oversee program success metrics with executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Food Safety and leadership to raise standards and ensure compliance.
• Present strategic narratives to senior leadership and communicate data insights.
• Drive data-driven improvements and scalable audit tools and protocols.
