The White Chocolate Grill is hiring Food Runners for a part-time front-of-house role in Phoenix, AZ. Earn $12.15/hour plus tips with a training pay of $15.15/hour, and a guaranteed minimum combined pay of $18.00/hour after training. Training and performance support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

We offer paid sick time, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, guest interaction, and long-term growth

Qualificações

Pay: $12.15/hour + tips ($17.00/hour minimum guaranteed); training pay - $15.15/hour

Description

The White Chocolate Grill in Scottsdale, AZ is now hiring Food Runners to join our exceptional front-of-house team. We're looking for hospitality-focused individuals who are passionate about food, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, if you have the drive and professionalism, we want to meet you.

Compensation

Training Pay: $15.15/hour
Base Pay after Training: $12.15/hour + tips
Average tips range from $6-$10/hour in addition to Base Pay; we GUARANTEE you will earn no less than a combined $18.00/hour between base pay and tips after training.

Requirements

• Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly service
• Ability to learn the menu food and beverage offerings and test on that knowledge
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Looking for longterm employment, not a seasonal role
• Ability to walk for long periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 4 8 hour shift
• Availability to work Holidays and Weekends
• Work in a noisy and fastpaced environment
• Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
