Job summary

Hillside Boutique Hotel seeks a Busser to support the food and beverage team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This role is essential to upholding high service standards across hotel restaurants, lounges, and banquet areas.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers with water and bread service, and keeping dining spaces pristine. The position requires a Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification and TX/LA beverage

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as listed: less than high school or up to 1 month related experience/training or equivalent combination.
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required.
• Current TX TABC or RVSP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and removing used dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, furniture, and service stations.
• Ensure proper setup of tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Support banquet and event setups as needed.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.

Summary

A Busser supports the food and beverage team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience in hotel restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas.
