Copper Canyon Grill in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Food Runner/To-Go Specialist for part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. You will help deliver meals with precision, verify orders, and assist front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.
• Professional appearance consistent with company standards.
• Able to report to work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean and neat appearance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food promptly while ensuring each dish is accurate and served at the correct temperature.
• Verify food orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate menu items and requests when delivering food to guests.
• Prepare, organize, and package To-Go orders with accuracy and presentation in mind.
• Maintain communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting dining areas.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages to assist guests.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism, urgency, and teamwork throughout shifts.
