Job summary

Milwaukee Rep is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will deliver food items, prepare non-alcoholic beverages, assist with light food preparation, and help with setup, cleaning, and closing duties.

You must multi-task in a fast-paced theater environment, communicate clearly with staff, and maintain a high level of friendly customer service while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for the next patrons.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and garnished properly.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and assist with light food preparation.
• Deliver beverages to guests and ensure correct orders.
• Ensure station is clean, organized, and closed properly at end of shift.
• Perform general cleaning and complete daily tasks as assigned.
